Monthly Assembly
At the heart of Sunday Assembly Gainesville is our monthly assemblies. Think church service without the religion. We meet the third Sunday of the month. Typical assemblies feature:
• A thought-inspiring speaker from our community
• A poem presented by a member of the assembly
• Music performed by our assembly band—singing along is strongly encouraged
• Sharing of experiences

Monthly Brunch
Another way we stay connected as a community is to break bread together. We've been doing this for some time now, at various local restaurants. SA members receive the details by email each month and we usually ask that you RSVP prior to brunch, so we can reserve the appropriate number of seats at the restaurant. Join in your pajamas if you wish as we discuss anything at all, share amongst ourselves, etc.

Book Club
SAGA Book Club is just what you'd think it is—an informal group that reads the same book, and then discusses it. Currently these discussions are held monthly via Zoom. Suggestions for the book of the month are handled informally, amongst the group. Sometimes the books are serious, sometimes silly, but the point is to engage in lively discussions with other SAGA members.

Game Night
Currently on hold, SAGA Game Night is a fun evening of playing games at the home of one of SAGA's members. Attendees are encouraged to bring and/or suggest games—it's all very unstructured.
