Mindfulness practices can serve as an anchor during turbulent times, strengthening us through a deeper sense of connection to ourselves and what we most value. In this session, we’ll discuss the difference between mindfulness and meditation and explore some ways to apply the principles of mindfulness to our daily lives. We’ll end with a 5-minute meditation on the breath.
